Participants should therefore organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.<\/p>\n<h3>Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n<p>Cancellations received no later than 1 August 2022, entitle registered persons to a full refund less \u20ac75\u00a0administration costs. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date.<\/p>\n<h3>Changes<\/h3>\n<p>You will receive a personal link in your final confirmation email. With this link it will be possible to make changes into names, dinner choice, etc. You can even add attendees with this link in case you prefer to make group bookings.
